Hard refresh your browser or fully close + reopen the app. If you’re on mobile, try switching Wi-Fi / data.

Check silent mode / volume, then try a different lesson. If using Bluetooth, disconnect and retry.

Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with. If you used “magic link”, check spam/junk. Still stuck? Contact us.
What do I get with Premium?
Premium unlocks all lessons and practice features. Billing and access is tied to your subscription.
What’s the difference between Annual and Monthly?
Annual is billed once per year (equivalent to $9.99/month). Monthly is $14.99/month and you can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Manage billing to open the Stripe portal. You can cancel, update your card, or switch plans there.
I paid but Premium didn’t unlock — what do I do?
First, sign out and back in. Then try a hard refresh. If it still doesn’t unlock, send your email + approximate payment time via Contact and we’ll fix it fast.
Can I get a refund?
If something’s gone wrong, contact support and we’ll help. Refunds depend on usage and local consumer rules; we’ll handle it case-by-case.
